We are a group of professionals from different famous factories with years of experience in the design, assembly and testing of Bluetooth headsets, TWS Ear Buds, Gaming headsets, Heart Rate (HRM) headsets as well as Active Noise-Cancellation(ANC) headsets. We have rich experience of design and manufactures water proof(IPX7) headphones & Speakers.
Our R&D are experienced in designing headsets for the major international brands such as Harman-JBL, Panasonic, Corsair, Philips, Sony, Creative, Anker, Patozon, Pioneer, Jaybird, Razor, HP, Skullcandy, Best Buy, Polk Audio, Klipsch, Logitech, GSM, Skullcandy, etc., exceeding mllions of units.
We do in-house design from ID to CNC functional samples till mass production, we would like to do Off-The-Shelf with Customer also.
We focus on the product reliability tests including material and design issues, From the users' perspective, we set Up DQA for professional tests and evaluations, For executing quality control in the process, we implement APQP internally, and strictly abide by the quality management system process.
